*Customers cannot choose preferred designs or flowers in a la carte orders. The design and flower of the arrangement will be determined by our seasonal flowers and availability. The customers can only choose the color palette for the arrangement.
*These photos are used to describe color palettes and floral stylings.
*All sales are final and non-refundable.

As the purchaser of items from Blooms by April, the purchaser agrees that:
- All sales are final and non-refundable.
- Refund or exchange is only accepted for damaged and wilted flowers at the time of delivery.
Damaged & Wilted Products - All issues must be reported within 12 hours of delivery because our fresh-cut flowers are perishable. If your product arrives damaged or wilted, please contact us at our email address (bloomsbyapril@gmail.com) and submit 5 photographs with details to prove that your flower is damaged or withered.
- In addition, you must return the original (damaged) product at our location (87 Richardson Street, Brooklyn, 11211) within 24 hours.
If the Company has confirmed that the Product arrived damaged or wilted to you and returned us in accordance with this Agreement, we will send a replacement or refund.
- Refund or exchange is only accepted on a "quality" basis only. "Dissatisfied" issues are not grounds for a refund or exchange.
- The Company is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrectly entered address.
If the customer wishes to resend it to a new shipping address, an additional delivery fee will be incurred. Please re-confirm the shipping address again not to cause delivery issues.
- The Blooms by April provides a refund if it is determined that no delivery has been attempted.
